The Thompsons
|
Throughout his life, with unwavering devotion, the Thompsons provided Paolo with the love, food, moral guidance, food, and song necessary to cultivate an aspiring comic book artist. They may safely take credit for any and all of his accomplishments not claimed by others on the shoutouts page. They might live 2 doors down from Paolo's childhood home, but it always felt like they were right next door.

The Johnsons

Paolo would like to thank the parents of R. Kikuo Johnson, who provided him with food, shelter, studio space, and love in Hawaii part of their "Pamper Newly Graduated Art Students Program."

The Stewarts
|
Paolo would like to thank the Stewart family of Cleveland, OH, who also donate to the "Pamper Newly Graduated Art Students Program." Cleveland Rocks! And so does their cute daughter.

The Aunt Flossie
|
Another contributor to my favorite charity, Paolo's Great Aunt Flossie gave him the means to purchase a brand spankin' new Phat Phuji digital camera for graduation.

The
RISD |
Paolo would like to thank the Rhode Island School of Design for helping him receive an (art) education, without which he would be just another person who couldn't afford art school.

SoI and Spectrum
|
Thanks to the Society of Illustrators and Spectrum for including Paolo in their awesome publications.
|
Trilogy
|
The Coon Family was kind enough to give Paolo (and Emily) a magnificent tour of Hawaii with their fleet of sailboats. Probably the sweetest thing to do on Maui, if not the classiest.

The

Paolo would like to thank his very own parents for paying (monetarily and otherwise) for his existence for so very long. He promises to move out soon. |
